Can I return or exchange?
  • We accept returns or exchange but you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.  Any custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I cancel an order?
  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate cancellations.  All sales are final.  If there is a problem with your order, please email us.
How do returns work?
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How long does shipping take?
  • Shipping time varies for each item.  Typically it should ship in 1-3 weeks.
Do you have a customer service phone line I can call?

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

  • Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We currently accept all major credit/debit cards and paypal!

Will my card be charged when I order?

  • All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What type of wood do you use?

  • We use reclaimed and recycled wood so there is variation from one piece to another.  You can ask for a more grey or brown color if you wish otherwise we use our expertise to decide what wood will make it look the best.

Are these really hand-made?

Yes!  We hand carve each piece ourself so it is 100% unique and custom for you.
